Brand Dialogue & Discovery Process

This is an interactive, guided dialogue centered on connecting people in a deeper, more meaningful way. This process is about engaging participants, uncovering the best of an organization, and uncovering hopes and dreams. Our ultimate purpose is for participants to discover, define, and embrace the organization’s brand.

Based on this dialogue, we create a brand story and core messages that serve as the foundation for all future marketing efforts. Additional deliverables might include a strategic brand, key initiatives, and marketing activities.

Story Mining© Process

This is an interactive process centered on small group dialogue and/or one-on-one conversation. It is based on the art of asking meaningful, insightful, and interesting questions and then listening, really listening. Ultimately, it is about unearthing stories.

After all, there is nothing more powerful than a story. Whether told through words, pictures, actions, or behaviors, stories are how we celebrate the past, embrace the present, and create the future. They are how we communicate and connect with each other, the community, and the marketplace.

Once we partner with clients to discover their brand story and mine stories, it’s time to walk the talk and talk the walk. Here’s where internal action and communication serve as a vital precedent for external marketing. We look inside first.

Then, we heed the advice of John D. Rockefeller: “Next to doing the right thing, the most important thing is to let people know you are doing the right thing.” We realize that organizations engage in marketing activities to build brand and drive profit. We also believe clients have a responsibility to tell their story, to communicate their purpose, to shed light on their people, and to share the benefits of their products and services.

We do this by developing and executing an integrated, flexible, and straightforward marketing communications plan.
